If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us unused in its original packaging within 14 days. After receiving the product in return, we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item excluding any postage costs. If the return is due a mistake in your order or the item has been damaged we will also refund appropriate postage costs.
Infocar Training AB warrants only that the part manufactured by us will correctly fit the equipment it was designed to be used with, unless stated otherwise. Infocar Training AB does not offer any warranty to cover damage caused to any equipment through failure of a product supplied by Infocar Training AB. Please inspect the part upon receipt immediately. If the part is faulty when you received it and you believe you are entitled to a replacement in accordance with the warranty above, please contact us within 10 days after receipt of the product. Do not return the part unless we require you to do so. We will confirm whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Transportation costs in respect of a faulty product will be borne by us.
We sell all our products with 1 year of guarantee. We cannot refund or replace items that have not been used correctly and then damaged.
